Custom Installations
Yet another contribution to the martial arts community in Kansas City! "Kids 2 Leaders" Martial Arts Education Center has been operating in Lee's Summit for over 15 years and has a thriving community of martial artist studying several different art forms. This was a great project that allowed me a lot of artistic freedom. Thank you Master Davidson and K2L staff!!
Before:
This space was used as a catch-all for student gear. Staff wanted to transform this space to a reception area and for years had been working in a very small area. This most important activities take place on the mat, but keeping your business organized and welcoming will continue to grow your business.
After:
I had the opportunity to build the "Shomen" wall for the Aikijuku Dojo in Olathe, KS. This is a wonderful community with members who hold a high respect and reverence for this space. It was an honor to contribute to the dojo.

Landscape Design
I work along with Verdurestix, LLC, to install JCG Studios landscape designs. Verdurestix LLC is a landscaping and underground telecommunications company. They are professional and take time to ensure that the job is done right.
Do you hate looking at the communication boxes in your front yard? This customer didn't want to look at them for another winter. We are waiting for a faux rock cover for the remaining com. pedestal. The remaining soft-scape will be added in the spring.
I also like the opportunity to bring some woodwork into the landscape.

Renovations
My family spends a lot of time in the kitchen. Cooking, entertaining, and keeping a clean and organized space should all be taken into consideration when choosing layout and materials. If you're lucky, there's enough room to dance a little bit with your partner.
A couple slight changes to a Pinterest project for a client
Built all new doors, installed additional cabinetry, installed counter top/sink, built custom 6 bottle wine cabinet, installed subway and mosaic tile back splash, installed wainscot, installed all trim, and installed new floor.
Even though the bathroom was so tiny, luckily, there was a storage area right outside. I decided to install a pedestal sink and a slim toilet to open up the space. A well-sealed ceramic and mosaic tile shower wrap help keep the shower clean.
This renovation is in Lawrence, KS. The entire living space is repainted. The carpet was pulled and to the owners delight, wasn't in bad shape! The floor has been spot repaired, cleaned with a red pad buffer, and polished. The basement has been gutted and is ready for the next stage of renovation.
